Stop cargo theft at the dock.
CargoConfirm verifies the carrier at your door before you release the load — built for shippers of high-value, high-theft freight: metals, copper, electronics, food and beverage, auto parts, and more.
How pickup verification works
Create a pickup
Enter the carrier's DOT number. CargoConfirm looks them up in FMCSA, checks their authority and insurance, and sends a one-time code to the email address on their FMCSA filing.
Carrier enters the code at your dock
Your dock worker opens the verification link. The driver calls their dispatch to get the code. The worker enters it, along with the truck plate, trailer number, and a photo of the cab door.
You get a release record
Once verified, a PDF release record is generated with the FMCSA status at time of pickup, the vehicle details, GPS location, and photos. Download it or keep it in CargoConfirm.
The one-time code goes to the FMCSA-registered email — not to the driver. A criminal impersonating a carrier won't have access to that inbox.

Make your dock a harder target.
Cargo theft gangs look for easy targets — shippers that release loads without verifying the carrier. CargoConfirm creates a paper trail that requires the legitimate carrier's email to receive the code. If someone impersonates your carrier, they won't get past the dock.
Code goes to FMCSA email
The one-time code is sent to the carrier's email address on their federal FMCSA filing — not to the driver. A criminal impersonating the carrier won't have that inbox.
FMCSA status at time of release
The carrier's operating authority, insurance, and safety rating are checked at the moment of pickup — not just when you first looked them up.
Every release is documented
Driver name, plate, trailer, seal number, cab photo, GPS, and timestamp — all in a signed release record. If something goes wrong, you have evidence.
